The role of E-Governance (E-Gov) is becoming crucial as governments leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance public services, engage citizens, and improve transparency. Morocco, with its Vision 2030, is embracing AI to modernize public administration and improve service delivery through initiatives like the National Digital Strategy and smart city projects. However, challenges such as data privacy, cybersecurity, digital inclusion, and ethical issues need to be addressed. The conference, "E-Government and Empowered Citizenship: Innovating for a Connected Tomorrow," aims to bring together experts to explore trends, share best practices, and develop strategies for overcoming these challenges and driving digital transformation in Morocco.
